Hi, Mike.
We have completed the vetting process for your company. Marco Island Home Watch & Security is now
re-accredited with the NHWA. Congratulations!
Marco Island Home Watch and Security
of Marco Island, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Owners Mike and Linda Schwab have been visiting Marco Island since 1992. They bought their home on Galleon in 2007 and moved there permanently in 2012.
Mike has been running a family paper company in Romeoville, Illinois, since 1990. The company was established in 1924, and the fourth generation is working there now, but Mike runs it remotely. In 2001, Mike was the general contractor for building a state-of-the-art, 55,000-square-foot factory in Romeoville for his business. Prior to that, he worked in the hardware industry and was a general handyman for 20 years. Mike grew up in Western Springs, outside Chicago.
Linda was a dental office manager for about 15 years, after raising their three kids. She is originally from St. Charles, Illinois.
Mike and Linda’s daughter Amy has joined the company as a part-owner, and during the off-season works doing Home Watch and handyman services.
Mike and Linda have been married for more than 41 years. They have three children and seven grandchildren. Mike is also the Manager of the Salty Dog senior softball team and is on various boards as a director.
